Ochiba

Born in West Africa, raised in west LA. Ochiba writes that, “Much of the essence and sounds that come from me are in honor of my roots. No matter how far or long I stray from music, it always summons me back. I feel so honored to create music. It’s like magic for me. I’ve finally given myself the permission to create music for the sake of love—the love I have for music & myself. Now I’m deciding to share it with all who will listen. I once heard someone say, “Leave this earth empty.” My mission is to pour out all that I have and am into the music I make.
